De Plastic Soup Foundation heeft als missie dat er geen plastic meer in onze oceanen komen. Zij halen het plastic niet uit het water maar zorgen ervoor dat het er niet meer in komt. Ze proberen dit te bereiken door bronnen van plastic soep aan te pakken.
